Booking processing
Bookings will not be processed until we receive a confirmed proof of payment for your deposit.
Refunds/Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
